1. Wie zijn wij
Gods Eat First wordt verkocht door Mythical Pixel, Ans Luyendijkstraat 10, Rotterdam. KvK 42099715, btw-id NL005493881B21. Je bereikt ons via godseatfirst@gmail.com.
2. Wanneer gelden deze voorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor alle bestellingen via godseatfirst.com. Door te bestellen ga je ermee akkoord. Op verzoek sturen we ze je kosteloos per e-mail.
3. Prijzen en aanbod
Alle prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief btw. Verzending binnen Nederland is gratis. We verzenden alleen naar adressen in Nederland. Kennelijke fouten in het aanbod binden ons niet. We verkopen zolang de voorraad strekt.
4. Bestellen en betalen
De koop komt tot stand zodra we je betaling hebben ontvangen. Je betaalt vooraf, bijvoorbeeld met iDEAL of Bancontact. De betaling wordt verwerkt door Mollie. Na betaling krijg je een bevestiging per e-mail.
5. Levering
We verzenden binnen 3 werkdagen na je betaling, naar het adres dat je opgeeft. Lukt dat niet binnen 30 dagen, dan laten we het je weten en mag je kosteloos annuleren. Het risico op verlies of schade gaat pas naar jou over als je het pakket hebt ontvangen.
6. Bedenktijd
Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd na ontvangst. Hoe dat werkt, lees je in ons retourbeleid.
7. Garantie
Het spel hoort compleet en onbeschadigd bij je aan te komen. Mist er iets of is er iets kapot, meld het dan binnen redelijke tijd. We sturen de ontbrekende onderdelen, vervangen het spel of betalen je terug. Je wettelijke rechten blijven altijd gelden.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor je bestelling hebt betaald. Dit geldt niet bij opzet of grove schuld, en niet voor zover de wet dat niet toestaat.
9. Klachten
Mail je klacht naar godseatfirst@gmail.com. We bevestigen hem binnen 5 werkdagen en geven binnen 14 dagen inhoudelijk antwoord.
10. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to all orders placed on godseatfirst.com. By ordering, you agree to them. We will email them to you free of charge on request.
3. Prices and offer
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. We only ship to addresses in the Netherlands. Obvious errors in our offer are not binding. Available while stocks last.
4. Ordering and payment
The purchase is final once we have received your payment. You pay in advance, for example with iDEAL or Bancontact. Payments are processed by Mollie. You receive a confirmation by email after paying.
5. Delivery
We ship within 3 working days after payment, to the address you provide. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel free of charge. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only once you have received the parcel.
6. Cooling-off period
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. See our returns policy for how it works.
7. Warranty
The game should arrive complete and undamaged. If something is missing or broken, let us know within a reasonable time. We will send the missing parts, replace the game or refund you. Your statutory rights always remain.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Complaints
Email your complaint to godseatfirst@gmail.com. We confirm it within 5 working days and respond in full within 14 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
